Ideally suited for customer contact positions developing a range of transferable skills attractive to a range of current and future positions within relevant sectors.
Covering a range of developing features specifically the delivery of effective customer service, supporting the customer service environment and a range of relevant pro-active scenarios culminating a nationally recognised qualification.

HOSPITALITY & CATERING
CERTIFICATE
This qualification is ideal for learners aiming to work or upskill within the Hospitality Industry, covering the service and provision of food and beverages in line with organisational procedures and legislation requirements. Recognised qualification which will help you prepare for an exciting career nationally or can take you anywhere in the world.
Covering aspects required for front of house roles dealing with customers daily including; principles of customer service in hospitality through to preparation and service of food and beverages.
This also incorporates a Food Safety Level 2 qualification, much sort after requirement for many businesses within this industry.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
CERTIFICATE
This course develops an understanding of basic administration and practices, reviewing essential knowledge for daily and more complex business tasks enabling learners to gain nationally recognised qualifications to support their job roles.
Covering a range of aspects as well as any advancements within the business world through specialist progressive interactive sessions.
If you would like to take part in this course it is taking place on Monday 15th November, for 2 weeks and everyone taking part and completing it will be guaranteed an interview with Barcode Warehouse in Newark.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS
This qualification aims to raise awareness of the issues surrounding mental health difficulties, dispel some of the myths and misconceptions frequently linked to mental health issues, develop leaners’ knowledge of the rights of those with mental health issues.
The objective of this qualification is to develop the learner’s understanding of a range of mental health problems, which could be used to support their role in the workplace or where they may work or interact with individuals with mental health problems.
